Client Search Disabled when Java Updated to Build 29

In mid October 2011 Oracle released build 29 for the Java Runtime Engine which prevents secure cookies from being transmitted to the server. This change prevents technologies such as Remote Scripting from working and causes the Client Search and other features in Autoclick to stop working. If you are experiencing this problem please follow the steps below to install build 30 which corrects the issue.

If you need assistance with the upgrade please call 614.795.3244 or 614-746-1353.

Steps to Correct Problem

A. Uninstall All Existing Java Updates

1. Open Control Panel by clicking the Start button (or the Windows 7 "orb") then clicking the "Control Panel" button on the side of the start menu.

2. Double-Click each Java Update to uninstall. Note: uninstalling the updates will close your browser window so you might want to add this page to your bookmarks of Favorites.
